The Amazing thing is that by proper guidance on pressure points on the hand all pains and ailments can be rectified The hands have amazing effect on back pains. Palm pressure points are easy to access since someone can easily massage their own hands. Massaging the hands gives a person total control over their pressure point therapy. Start toward the outer part of the palm. The hands carry more nerves that relate to the  shoulders  and  upper back . If someone if dealing with major stress through the  upper back , it’s appropriate to focus more on the hands.
